Ingredients
- 4 cups Flour
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 2.5 tsp Dry Yeast
- 2 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbs butter
Procedure
In a large bowl (or your stand mixer) mix the dry ingredients together.
Then add the eggs and the milk and mix at low speed.
Once mixed, add the butter slowly and mix for 5 minutes with the hook attachment on the lowest setting.
(Alternatively you can do this by hand with a wooden spoon and then kneed on a floured surface but this is supposed to be an EASY recipe!)
Remove dough and then form 12 balls
Roll out each ball 1 by 1 by folding on itself then roll on itself and place seam down in the bread mold (Square cake mold). Do this for the rest of the balls.
Let rise for an hour, covered with parchment paper and a slightly damp towel.
Brush with milk without overdoing it
Bake at 355 for 16m
